Meet Missy Goss-Coln

About the Founder

A yoga practitioner since 2007, Missy Goss-Coln decided to pursue yoga and meditation teacher certifications when she finally saw herself reflected in class a decade later. 

After Missy earned an M.B.A. and gained diverse marketing experience—from Corporate America to non-profit organizations—the transformative role of Mama inspired her to focus on lineage work.

Missy launched Justflo Wellness LLC between nursing and nap time to increase representation and foster a sense of belonging in Western yoga. Ultimately, to shift the narrative of who well-being is for while holding space for individual and collective transformation.
